Rotala Vietnam is a popular species of stem plant that has recently made its way into the US. Characterized by its thin leaves, it is quite similar to that of Rotala Wallichii in regards to growth pattern and almost opposite coloration with red stems and green leaves. It’s a great choice for creating lush clusters as a background plant in nano tanks or midground in larger planted aquariums. This fragile plant does well when provided with high lighting, CO2, and fertilization dosing and it will give you vibrant results.
